Guest guest
Does anyone know or have an opinion or explanation as to why I often experience tingling soles of my feet when retiring for bed? I am 43, perimenopause and being treated for exhausted adrenals for the past year. I have been taking adrenal glandulars for one year, and armour thyroid/ one grain/day, for 6 months. also started natural estrogen and test. supplements to help with peri meno hormone fluctuations. It seems like the tingling experience is worse when my adrenals get taxed more than usual... any info or opinions would be helpful. thanks. Guest guest
Low B-12 can also cause tingling in the extremities and can be pretty serious. Cherie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Guest guest
You could get a monitor to check, but if your fasting levels are in teh 80s you don't need that expense. >>>had fasting glucose levels checked once or twice, but maybe I should get a home testing monitor - any method you recommend for monitoring blood glucose? watching this would probably help my weight fluctuations too , in this phase of my life.
