What's best to increase ferritin levels?

Hi,

Which is best in my case (I'll post labs): Iron Bisglycinate or Ferrous

Sulfate? I feel my ferritin needs to increase a bit as I'm starting

Armour BUT I believe my overall iron is fine AND my doc does not want my

hematocrit to go any higher due to another condition. Suggestions?

Labs:

Ferritin 46 (10-232)

Iron 107 (40-175)

TIBC 279 (250-450)

% satur. 38 (15-50%)

UIBC 172 (110-370)

Hemoglobin 12.5 (11.7-15.5)

Hematocrit 37.2 (35-45)

platelets 205 (140-400)
