- Thanks for your response Val, maybe I'm overreacting-feel very

panicky today and a bit alone with all this, tired of all the secrecy

with no one else in my everyday life knowing what I'm doing.Don't think

it's the HC-only been getting this since I went on florinef and it

seemes to be around a lot of the time and I do eat with every dose of

hc.

Have you tried cutting down your dose of Florinef? How much do you take?

Some people cannot take more than 1/4 pill.

Thanks both of you. I don't have fluid retention problems on florinef

so would think I would have been ok and not been on it long enough

really to need less. It's all so confusing right now.If I were to reduce

it down if things don't improve how would I go about doing this, or

would this confuse my adrenals just when they were feeling a bit better

supported? Don't want to lose the positive things I've gained.I've

been on hc a year and it really is time that I was able to start

increasing my t3.

-Thank you Val, I was trying to avoid having any more blood tests as I

have a phobia of clinics and medical people because of the questions

they ask me about why I'm not going to my GP etc but I think I do need

this doing.Could be a few weeks before I can get it done so will try

and sit tight. The only test I can find tests for sodium, potassium,

urea and creatine-it is a blood test so should be ok I think.
