Guest guest
Thanks for all your help, Val! I printed the information you suggested from here and Dr. Rind's site. I have to get thyroid labs and have a follow-up with my doc in about a week, so I'm trying to decide if I should start supplementing with HC cream or talk to her first. I bought everything, but now I'm dragging my feet. Are there any bad side effects that could come with starting the HC cream? I got the Corticool that someone here suggested. If I start it, how long do I keep taking it? Also, I tried to do a search, but the server isn't responding. In addition to my hyper feelings, I've been getting a lot more episodes of low blood sugar lately. Is the low blood sugar related to the low cortisol? When I first started the Armour and the Adreset, my hypoglycemic episodes were few and far between, but now they're back. They're hitting very frequently and quickly and they're pretty bad. I know it's not a good idea, but I get so shaky that I end up shoving as much sugary things down as quickly as I can. Do you have any suggestions for ending the hypoglycemia without eating all the sugar? Thanks so much!
Guest guest
Actually eating sugar is the worst thing you can do for hypoglycemia. PROTEIN adn fats are best. Low carb and eating a low carb high protein food especially at bedtime helps alot. But yes it is related to low cortils as cortils is what keeps oyur sugar from falling too low between meals anas it releases glucagon from the liver when you need it. If you follow the tramp up directions in the files under How to treat adrenals you should be fine iwht the cream. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
