Guest guest
I prefer teh Bayer Contour meter. There is no strip coding adn it is fast and accurate. The strips are expensive though btu most people would not need ot test as often as I do so it should not be as big of an idsuue. I test abotu 10 times a dy! -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/
Guest guest
It was not a recall - In late 2006, someone, NOT Lifescan, manufactured fake strips and sold them as OT Ultras. Both the Ultra and Ultra Smart Meter use the same strips. ----- Original Message ----- From: Sent: Monday, January 28, 2008 5:12 PM Yes these were the One Touch and One Touch Ultra strips not the Contour. Guest guest
I got the Ascensia Contour that Val recommended for like $30 on Amazon and it's really easy to use. Try to find a doc to write you a script for the strips b/c they're $1 a piece at the drugstore. > > Yes these were the One Touch and One Touch Ultra strips not the Contour.
