Guest guest
well the holiday , is over and the fluid was all replaced on Friday, The doctor was faily happy I only put on 2 kg on my little fluidless holiday , But the time has come to resume the loss. I was advised that I should abstain from solid food for a few days to make sure every thing has settled , was not a problem as I was going away up the coast for the weekend to my Caravan on the beach (affectionaly known as Bonny-doon) , with a few friends and family and I am assured Beer is a food , and as Cath and I have decided that the reason she got over her Op so quick is that she has a quick recovery mechanism , fuelled by many hangovers in previous years. So we Drinkers have a edge, (OUR EXCUSE ANYWAY). talking of Cath I went to see Cath on Thursday and had to take a number to visit, the women in the next bed was worried we may have to take turns as we took up half the building, but it was good to see her smiling face , and well on the road to recovery. Cath I hope this finds you well and resting at home. well food was back on the adgenda today , and I must admit I was pleased to get back the restricted feeling, sort of feels good (strange huh) I went back to my walking tonight and hope the positve results are soon to be noticed. so to all hope you are well , and will try keep up to date.
