What's the iodine loading test?

It is drinking as much iodine as you can without urinating. If you don't

die, then you are lacking it. If you do...well...I guess it was bad advice.

If your last thyroid tests were taken before you started HC it is possible

they will show a different result this time.

I am kidding. The test is not at all what I said. I have been tired today

and got a bit punchy! I was waiting for Jim to respond but he probably
