I just want to share that I got my kit to do this test. I will do it

Thursday cuz I'll be home. I have Hashi's and I'm nervous as to how

I'll respond to it.

Good luck, Esmeralda! Make sure to read the instructions of the foods not to

eat and I would not only avoid them the day of testing but the day before.

We have had some discussion here about foods throwing off sex hormones on

the tests and the lab sheet they gave you lists which ones to avoid.
