Does anyone know of any articles/websites/etc. that discuss timing of

thyroid meds? I was always on sustained release until now so I don't

feel that informed about the best way to do it.

I don't off hand, but the reason it is best to spread the dosage is so you

don't overwhelm the adrenals with too much T3 hitting the body at once. Time

released avoids that problem so with Cytomel which is stronger, we divide

doses throughout the day to avoid adrenal crashes.
