Son pulling/tugging at helmet and very agitated

My 9-month old started doing this when he was in his helmet 3 weeks

and had just been adjusted`a few days before. He pulls on the " open "

side and seems very upset. I don't see any major red marks. He still

gets one on his forehead on that side even after adjustment, but not

all the time. He does have a bulge above his ear which they tell me is

fluid retention although he hasn't been seen. It it very hard, but

they tell that's " normal " . I am calling them again tomorrow, but has

anyone experienced anything like this? His twin doesn't seem to have a

problem with the helmet.
