Guest guest
Olyveoil, Thank you for sharing your success. What you are saying about the emotional stuff is something that has been rolling around in my mind for a week or so. It seems that some of the emotionally painful events in my life always seem to rear their ugly heads whenever I hit the skids either physically, emotionally or both. Even though I think I have dealt with these issues and moved on, they keep sneaking back in. In mulling this over, it occurred to me that perhaps I have dealt with the physicality of what happened (sexual in nature 2x) but not really the aftermath of how it made me feel about myself. Even though intellectually I know that the episodes where not my fault and I was the victim, I somehow can't seem to absolve myself of some blame in the matter. I have just gone to an alternative health care provider and will post about it separately. But, I hope that in the course of my treatment I will begin to address and resolve these issues for good. Guest guest
Those Cd's to purchase about EFT are pretty expensive! I signed up for the free part of it. Does it give you enough information for it to actually HELP you for Free, or do they try and talk you into buying more the whole time and you never really learn anything. I too had Graves and RAI treatment and have resulted in very hypoT and adrenal fatigue stage 4-6?
Guest guest
Olyveoil, Thank you for taking the time to share your story. Emotional health cannot be ignored on this journey of healing. Without it we will just be throwing supplements and hormones on top of a garbage heap that will continue to fester and stink below the surface. For me personally I find it is easier to take the external route of " taking something " to " fix " things rather than take on the job of cleaning out the contributing garbage AND I know that I cannot ignore my heart and spirit during this process. EFT is something I have heard about before and it's encouraging to learn of your success with it. They are using it with Vets and seeing great improvement in PTSD. There may be EFT seminars around the country. I know here in MD a friend attended a one day workshop and she raved about it. I'm curious about Ambrotose, what did experience using it? Guest guest
Before you get too excited and spend a lot of money, EFT is like anything else, it doesn't work for everybody, and it didn't work for me. sol scubjay wrote: > Those Cd's to purchase about EFT are pretty expensive! > I signed up for the free part of it. Guest guest
Hi Olyveoil Thanks for informing us on your progress. I have a question regarding EFT. When you practice it, do you go to the root of the problems and make some release there or does it help if you only solve daily problems? bw Nil Success Story, my summary! Dear Fellow Stalwart Comrades (Friends), I would like to share my story with you who are so diligent to get your lives back. Guest guest
Congratuilations on your success! You have inspired me. Last week, I read your post and decided to work with EFT. I had run across EFT 6 monthes ago, gave it a brief glance and never got around to doing it. Your email was the push I needed. Lately things in my life seem to be flowing in a positive direction and I want to do everything I can to aide and continue that positive flow of energy and progress my healing. I have been able to achieve a stable dose of adrenal and thyroid support, I have lost 12 lbs in the last month, I have been able to more organize my thinking and have been more energetic, started a craft hobby that i have not done in years, etc. I have never been to individual counselign for any reason, but I do have some things in my life that have affected mend caused me stress as a child and an adult. No I don't have any major problems, but a few things I see in myslef that I weanted to address. Yesterday I went to see a woman who practices EFT and has a degree in psychology, and is trained in energy healing (Reiki). The EFT session was truly eye-opening. It tied things from my past in with my current actions/behaviors/feelings. EFT has given me a pathway to tune in to those feelings, express them, release them and positively reinforce new choices and affirm a new way to deal with these things in my life. I felt release of emotions I didn't fully recognize and understand. I know I have some more work to do daily to change and re-write those mental pathways of thinking and acting that were formed so long ago. EFT has given me another tool to achieve better health. EFT is a simple, yet powerful tool that can provide profound results. I wanted to thank you again. I hope to be able to help my mom and my son learn this technique as well. I am getting better too. Small steps and yes, it is a battle for your health. You ahve to be willing to fight it and on many different fronts, emotionally as well as physically. Balance. Thank you, again!
