Hello everyone. I have been adding 1/4 grain each week to my daily

regimen. I recently switched brands of licorice form nature's way to

soloray due to sale prices. I do not know if that has anything to do with

this or not. Just thought I would mention it. I take 3 capsules first thing

in the morning. I cannot tolerate isocort. Adrenal fatigue is not a huge

issue with me but I do have some adrenal fatigue, probably stage 1.

Beginning last week I began getting jolts at night and that usually means I

need to increase my armour but it was not time yet. I went downstairs and

took 1/4 grain and went right to sleep. I added a 1/4 grain to my total

dosage starting then. Then, 2 days later I started jolting again and went

downstairs for another 1/4 grain. Went right to sleep. So that's 1/2 a

grain in one week. Then, 2 days later I needed more armour again! That is

3/4 grain in one week. I am now at 3 grains. Each time I add more I

sleep. The only other alternative is zombie with no sleep. :( Why is this

happening? Temps are holding steady @ 97.6. TIA! You are so great! My

doc knows NOTHING!

How are you dosing this 3 grains? I would suggest oyu stop here and let

the T4 build as you may be cloese to optimal when it does, but you need

ot take a bedtime dose if not already.
