Progress at 6 months

Hi Everyone

Its 6 months since I had lapband surgery in Perth, Western Australia. I was

176kg(387lbs) and so my band was fitted in open surgery.

I have lost a total of 61kgs (134lbs)

I'm very pleased with my progress but I have a long way to go to my goal of

80kg.

Guys lose soooooo fast, it's a physiological fact...don't ya just hate

that???!!! Congrats on your superstupendous weight loss and continued

success!!!
