Guest guest
I know it is very hard to find the old-fashioned, oral mercury thermometers. In the past, I bought mine on ebay -- but have not seen them again in awhile. Just to let you all know, there are some available again from a seller called 'biteproof'. If you do a search on ebay with keywords of 'oral thermometer' they come up. The price is pretty good. I also emailed the seller for multiple pieces and he answered pretty quickly. And for those of you who are still using digital (Dr. Rind recommends Lumiscope) and other orals with non-mercury - I assure you, that using the old fashioned oral thermometers get you a much more accurate and stable reading. After thinking it 'doesn't' matter for such a long time -- I am telling you, it does.
