Not sure how to argue it but I will think of something and try a few times before giving in. I mean, it really stinks. Oh well, tis life sometimes. It doesn't seem fair that there would be coverage for the band in the plan but no in-network providers in your area. Maybe if they deny it, you can appeal on that basis?
