thanks Val and Cheri. It's an interesting and endless debate with no

clear answers. I suppose it's all just trial and error with all these

meds and in the end, using whatever works best for you. I would prefer

taking BHRT over synthetic in principle but it's the same old song

about being in the UK with an utterly useless GP - he will only

prescribe Premarin, so it's (expensive) self treating all the way. I

know you can relate, Val, having no insurance in the US - I

sympathize. Guess I will try a bit of DHEA and see if that makes a

difference.
