By 'isn't a problem' I meant in terms of physical disability and

cognitive impairement (I think the ketogenic nature of the LC diet

buffers most of the brain to run on ketones). But yeah, there's

hypoo unawareness as well, which got better when I started Isocort.

Which scares me - if it gets worse. I have one hypo side effect that

is I think pretty consistent - an light 'aura' (I think, never having

had migranes thank God) in my eyes, I think becaue the retina can't

run on ketones. This seems to hapen between 55 and 35, depending on

the speed of the drop.

I'm really thinking the BG swings in the dibates probably did make

the AF worse in the first place. I DID used to have " real " hypo

symtoms (pounding heart, sweating), so the adrenaline reaction did

work originally. Either the adrenals got worse, or the the

adrenaline-receptors down-regulated, or both.
