It was the bit about AF people not processing protein well that I was particularly asking about. I'm ok with the diabetes; I never have the reactive kind. I only ever have hypos when I'm pregnant and am too sick to eat, or eating (too) strictly low carb. Or every afternoon around 4pm :-( I think all of these are low cortisol things - what I'm eating keeps my sugars flat and never raises it and there is insufficient cortisol to raise it when I need it.
