How do I dose HC & PS

Hi,

I am wondering what a dosing schedule looks like if you are taking HC and

Seriphos. My cortisol level starts to go up at midnight. My doctor told me

to take Seriphos. I am taking Cortef 3 times a day 5, 2½, 2½ . He only had

me on it once a day. I am sleeping better being on the Cortef, but I am

having a hard time going to sleep when before falling asleep was no problem.

If I am sleeping better should I not bother taking the Seriphos? What would

help me fall asleep?

Thank you,

Sue

Personally i htink Taking PS in any form is counter rpoductive wiht

over all low cortisol. When you get the daytime dcortisol high enough,

the night time will come down on it's own.It is high ACTH from low

cortisol all day that raises the night time cortiosl too high.

I am currently on 3 doses of Cortef. The 3rd dose I take between 4-5.

Would changing the time of that dose make it easier for me to fall asleep?
