It is so mild and worked so well now that we are graduates we still use it. I got it at Buy Buy baby they do not have it at Babies R Us. If you are not familiar with Aquaphor it is a Vaseline type ointment that you can find in the lotion and baby isle at stores like Wal-Mart, Target, and drug stores. Hope this helps! But I have used the advice of the baby oil and then combing her hair, followed by washing it and it has seemed to clear up. Thanks everyone who commented!!!
