Question: Adrenals and caffeine

Does anyone know how caffeine affects the adrenals? Ie, do the

adrenals respond directly to caffeine (like a healthy thyroid responds

directly to TSH) or is it a chain reaction that is sorted through one

of the other glands which then passes " the message " onto the adrenals?

Also, which hormone(s) of the adrenals does caffeine influence?

Thanks!

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy

enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright

And chocolate. Why are broccolli and I think other cruciferous

vegetables included. Is it because their goiterogenic effects would

screw up the thyroid results?
