Guest guest
It has been suggested by several experienced bandits that new bandits should avoid worrying about their rate of loss and in particular not compare themselves with others. Further to this some have even suggested that bandits should "throw their scales away" and only weigh themselves when they see their dietician or their lapband doctor. While I agree with the first sentiment I disagree with the second however I believe that bandits should show major discretion in weighing themselves. I believe that bandits should weigh themselves only once a week. They should always weigh the same day and the same time wearing exactly the same clothing (or preferrably nothing) eg. just before their shower on Friday mornings. And they should write their weight down on a calendar or in a diary so that they have an accurate record.
