Guest guest
I've been tracking my temps, not sure if Im doing it right. But, I've npticed that for the most part, I am normal (98.6), with an evening spike of 99.0-99.9. And its always like this, all parts into the mentrual cycle, and with or without a cold. There are some points when Im lower, like 97.8, usually in the morning hours before I actually move, or if Im really cold with the door open. What could this mean though? I've had adrenal fatigue confirmed through a saliva test, and am hypoT Big time. Does this mean the majority of my problems are thyroid? Could the temp spike be a lingering virus preventing me from getting better?(like EBV or Canida) Also, do I take them three times a day, and before rising? I've just been taking them every hour no matter what, to see whats going on. THanks all
