While I was glad that the naturopath saw the need for it on her own

accord, I'm wondering about how she told me to take it. I'm on several

other supplements and I've definitely noticed a postive change in the

mornings. I wake up on my own around 7:00 after a good night's sleep

and I'm ready to go. Such a great change!

I told her I still hit an early afternoon lull though and need a nap

almost every day. So she suggested I just take 1 Isocort with lunch,

since the lull hits around 1:00.

I've seen the dosing schedule for this but I'm wondering what you all

think about this. Does it make sense since to not take it in the a.m.

since i'm ok then? Thanks!!

IMO for adrenal healing or rest it doesn't make sense just to take

it once a day - plus I have no idea how that would mess with the

natural production cycle. I noticed a change in my sleep pattern

almost immidiately. Val or others?

Yes, I wondered the same thing. I took it yesterday for the first time

and I didn't sleep well. I normally sleep like a rock! I can't assume

it was the Isocort after just one day so I guess we'll see how tonight

goes. I took it today though and within an hour I had my normal

afternoon crash and burn and havne't yet recovered.

Thanks for your reply. I'll be interested to see what others think as

well. Take care!!
