Guest guest
Val and everyone on the list, 20 years ago I went to a kinesiologist who told me that my adrenals were a problem. I didn't know what that meant and didn't really listen or take the adrenal supplements that he gave me. If I had, I might not be in the shape I am in now. So I have decided to find a kinesiologist to work with me on this. She suggested that my body did not want the amount of HC that I was taking. So I decided to reduce my dose and I am taking 10mg at 3pm. The wild thing is that I didn't even have to wean off and I feel much better. She told me that I was addicted to pain and preoccupied with my pain. Guilty as charged. So, because I would like to kick all of this, I am going to devote myself to her protocol and see what happens. I will be making a lot of difficult changes including leaving this group that has been so helpful and supportive. I couldn't leave without letting you know how much I appreciate all of the help and information that you have given me. I wish you all the best and hope that you will all find the answers you are looking for. You may see me back if this doesnt work, but in the meantime, be well. Love, English ps Val, you were the only one to respond to my email about dosing so I didnt have enough data to do anything with.

Guest guest
Hi and all. I wish you good luck in your new journey. Best wishes.. Right after reading 's note I thought of pendulum testing my cortisone supplements. I tested isocort and it gave me negative. tested biomax ace and it gave positive.Probably my body does not like one or more additives of isocort. I am excited about this and wished to share it with you. bw Nil thanks for everything Val and everyone on the list, 20 years ago I went to a kinesiologist who told me that my adrenals were a problem. Guest guest
, We will miss you! Please do drop in and let us know how it is going. I really hope this works for you. Rie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Guest guest
I used to do a lot of kinesiology (on myself--no one to test me here anymore after the person who taught me quit). However, nearly all the time what I tested ok for made me worse, and vice versa. Turns out I am reversed, but not all the time. Since I can't tell when I'm reversed and when I'm not. I had to give up on it. This isn't to say kinesiology doesn't work, it is just to say if what a person tests positive for seems to cause worsening instead of improvement, consider you may be reversed. Also if you are testing yourself, you need to do it in a " blinded " way, so you can't unconsciously influence the result. sol Nil wrote: > Hi and all. > > > I wish you good luck in your new journey.
