I know how you feel... I had to learn that baby's have their down time and that the helmet could not really affect my daughters personality after long periods of guilt and remorse and plagio posts. Instead of having her wear it 23/1, I would only put it on for part of the morning and during her naps. In about two weeks she was wearing it through the night and for most part of the day, try breaking him in slowly. I also bought a memory foam pad for her crib and that helped a lot! Also, as a parent it felt better to see the helmet decorated, otherwise I just felt really guilty seeing her wear it. I began to decorate it for different seasons, holidays, etc. It makes it less of a burden to see a pretty helmet and soon your little boy will be wearing it without a prob. hope this works! -Frances
