I have a few questions about sea salt..

1) can you take too much sea salt? If so, are there any signs too

look for?

2) How do you know when your body has enough salt?

3) Does Sea Salt help too lower B/P, or does it raise B/P

The reason I ask, is I was wondering if my lightheadedness was from

low aldosterone.. only not so sure anymore. I've given up trying too

figure this out. I just want too see if I am getting enough salt in

me..I take between 1/2 too 1 tsp twice daily..I have adrenal issues..

have never beentold what kind except Hypoadrenia..not sure if that is

fatuge, or a bigger picture..and also hashimoto..

Lately I have been pee'ing ALOT...and I notice swelling in my feet

more so then normal, amd I wonder if I am getting too much salt, or

not enough..I've also had excessive thrist the last couple days..

this is just an Odd question tossed in..

Has anyoneon here ever dealt with hightened sense of smell and taste?

this happens too me on and off.. last few days it has really

peaked..??just wondering what this is about..

Thanks In Advance Missy

Too low potassium, muscle spasms from potassium imbalance

2) How do you know when your body has enough salt?

When it starts to taste really bad

3) Does Sea Salt help too lower B/P, or does it raise B/P

It can do both! It NORMALIZES Bp.
