Guest guest
Hi, Couldn't find the original email - but I did find out what I thought I remembered abbout iron/vitamin E. As we know iron and calcium need to be taken 4 hours apart from Thryoid, *if* you swallow your thyroid meds. If you take thyroid sublingual, you can take iron and calcium at any time. from Harvard Health Publications: Vitamin E ,calcium, and medicines, including some drugs used for acid reflux, can interfere with iron absorption. So can dairy products, tea and coffee. I squeeze the juice of half an orange and take my iron with it. Vitamin C helps iron absorption. in OH
Guest guest
Well..insert several bad words here....I've been taking my vitamin E along with my iron. Rie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort.
