I'm wondering if I need to get the RT3 again along with the rest of the thyroid. I'm guessing it would be a good idea. Since I'm not on thyroid meds yet, I'm anxious to see what my thyroid results will look like after being on HC. I know that taking HC can change the T4 and T3 in the bloodstream, but I wasn't sure if it affects the RT3. These were my last results before starting on HC. T4, Free(direct) 1.39 range .61-1.76 TSH .861 .350-5.500 Triiodothyronine, free,serum 3.2 range 2.3-4.2 Reverse T3 165 range 90-350 Rie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. He agreed to do it last time because it hadn't been run before. BTW, since I'm not running fever anymore from what I assume is the flu, are my temps. usable again? I'm also assuming that since I'm actually up at 6:00am (shuddering) and don't feel like I can go back to sleep that I should start weaning back to my regular HC dose even though I still feel rotten.
