what is my next step in treatment?

I've been on 17.5 mg Cortef, at that dose for about a month, with no positive

effects, and

possible side effects of anxiety and a jittery feeling lately. My average daily

temperature has

been consistently about 97.8. I have a doc's appt. Thursday. What should I

suggest? P.S. I'

currently on no thyroid meds...
