Are you taking enough salt with it? You could try increasing salt first

but if the symptoms persist I would increase by 1/4 tab.

Thanks, Val. I did take more Florinef before bedtime and it made no

difference. I was up peeing literaly every hour and very dehydrated.

Should I continue to try taking an extra dose at bedtime? I do take

sea salt at bedtime as well...

I would try it for abotu a week as it takes that long to do it's thing.
