With weak adrenals I feel the dose is best spolit up as much as you can

thus less hit at one time of the T3 on the adrenals. I take mine

sublingualy to get the benefit of the calcitonin in Armoru which is

destroyed by stomach acids.

If you swallow the pills be sure to take it on an empty stomach and without

other supplements. Especially, iron and calcium.
