Guest guest
I've had different docs tell me to take my AT differently. One says orally, all one hour before breakfast. Another says divide the dose in half. Another says take sublingually, all at once, it makes no difference if you do that an hour before you eat or not. What you do with personal/medical experience find is more bio-available and best if you have all three, thyroid, hormonal and adrenal issues? Guest guest
Try different things. I tried sublingual and did not like it. I swallow mine in two doses. I have just experimented to see what works for me.
Guest guest
I just started doing that yesterday too Sol because I thought that I might be losing too much to swallowing with it under the tongue. Watch, even though I backed out of my 1/8 increase I'll probably get too much thyroid b/c I changed where I am putting it and I'll still end up hurting my adrenals We really are leading parallel lives here. > > I take mine buccally--between cheek and gum, by the bottom molars.
