Guest guest
I am scheduled for surgery at Mt. Sinai in July with Dr. Gagner. After talking with the nutritionist, it occurs to me that the computer is going to be the most effecient way to track my weight loss progress. I would appreciate a recommendation about which software package to buy. Thanks, Lynn S. __________________________________________________________________ Get your own FREE, personal Netscape Webmail account today at http://webmail.netscape.com/
Guest guest
Lynn: I have heard of several programs to do just what you are discussing. I found it easier to simply set up a mini-spread sheet in Exel to track my weight. I incorporated it into a chart on which I tracked my food before the surgery. Very simple to do once you spell out what you want to see. Regards. Guest guest
Lynn, I found this while browsing last night. To your left, you will see Files. Under Files, close to the bottom of the list, you will find an Excel Weight Tracking workbook. I looked at it and it is very detailed. You may want to check it out. > I am scheduled for surgery at Mt. Sinai in July with Dr. Gagner. Guest guest
Hi Lynn This is how I do it. Go to www.dietwatch.com and register and begin using diary to track weight. If you have a problem getting there let us know. You can also track your food, weight, Bmi, can see on a graph. It has been very helpful to me to know my potential plateaus, how I lose, etc. Ellen(Pam)
