Guest guest
Nil, It is my understanding that the thyroid doesn't heal itself. Have you had thyroid labs taken? You really need those in order to know where you are and what you need to do. Otherwise, it's like shooting blind. You might end up donig more harm than good. The temps are a guideline to let you knwo when you are on enough HC so your body will tolerate thyroid if it needs it. Rie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Guest guest
Thanks . Hope things get better for you soon! I start talking T3, T4, reverse T3, etc., etc. and my husband's face just glazes over with confusion. I was taking my temp one day and I just looked at him and said " don't even ask " . And so it goes...he loves me and supports me, but just doesn't understand. =:-) > > I'm in the same boat Nil and Jodi.
