Val - reliable thermometer?

Is there a reliable thermometer on a website or something that would

be accurate for taking my temps?

I have a digital thermo that takes my temps in less than 10 seconds

and i dont think this is useable at all.

I use only mercury thermometers and I buy mine on Ebay for cheap!
