Any idea on what might be causing acne?

I have had cycstic acne for a few years but it's only around my period.

Now, my face is breaking out everywhere and it's all of the time. This

has started since I started treating adrenals. Any idea what it might

be?? I'm taking several things..Isocort, Adrenal complex, EFA oil,

coral calcium, magnesium, Vitamins B, C and Multi and DIM (to reduce

estrogen). My face looks horrible. ;(

I have had acne on my scalp at the back for a couple years or more

now. I do not know what it means either.
