I posted this a while back and didn't get responses so I figured I

would try again. I was given cortisol about a week ago and told to take

2 pellets around 11:00 a.m. only. This was suggested b/c I mentioned I

usually crash around 1:00. I've read the dosing schedule here so I'm

wondering what you all think about this. My cortisol is very low at all

test points except for midnight and that was at the lowest acceptable

level. I'd appreciate your help. Thanks.

So what if I'm feeling great now. Is this likely just a phase and

something else is going on inside that's going to leash out and get me

soon? Seriously though, I'm feeling better than I have felt in a

really, really long time and wonder if it's possible to do okay w/ the

dosing I'm taking now. Thoughts?

What are you dosing now? Sometimes you will feel better for aew days as the

hormones acttually get into the cells, but it doesn't always last. I looked

back at your cortisol levels and they were pretty low. Taking a quick look

it looked like stage 5. Are you taking any thyroid along with the HC?

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy

enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright

Isn't that what we are all aiming for? Feeling good? The only reason I'm

still messing with things is because I don't feel good yet. Better, but

not good.

But for you if you feel " great " why not hold where you are for a few

weeks, and see if you maintain?
