Guest guest
Choose a time when you are always up at least 3 hours to start for the day. Say you normally get up at 7 on weekdays and 8am on weekends, you would start your temp graphing temps at 11AM every day. take them 11 am 2PM and 5PM every day. Each day add the three temps together and that is the temp you put on your graph, which you can down load a blank for your use from www.drrind.com . -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
