Helena you porbably just need a larger dose to feel better, It can take

a couple weeks on a good dose to actually feel the difference in energy

and stabilize temps.

If you are taking thyroid it is best to increase following the ramp up

parrtrn, this is to avoid a thyroid dump. If you are not on thyroid it

is fine to go faster.
