They sent it to me for free. It explains wonderfully about how to treat adrenal fatigue and even chronic fatigue syndrome, the two are probably the same, for all we know...its all so controversal. Good Luck, other than that, its printing stuff off the internet. Everyone has their own opinions of treating it, and basically you've got to get to the cause of the adrenal fatigue before you can correctly treat it , I think.
