Thank you Valarie! I recently bought sea salt. Is it okay to use sea

salt when you are hypothyroid (because of iodine)? Should I use a lot

of it?

I used to get leg cramps and taking potassium stopped it. That was many

years ago though and as Val said sea salt does amazing things!
