Why take progesterone if you are already too high? Have you thought about using

Iodoral ot Lugols iodine? It is thought to help fibriocystic breast disease.

Mine stopped when I stopped caffeine. , who runs the iodine group had

her cysts go away IIRC. There is a great iodine yahoo group that can help with

specifics.
