I get much better absorption and no stomach problems or concerns about

potential mouth Candida by sticking HC under the tongue.

Thanks for the insite. I think I recall reading that you were taking

it without food as well?

ARe you taking over the counter cream, or a prescription? I tend to

have a chronic fungal problem but in the intestines, never in the

mouth. I'm not able to get HC by prescription (at least not yet) so am

just taking the plain old basic HC pills ordered overseas.
