Take it in the AM as that is the natural peak for aldosterone in the body. Whne oyu get to 1/2 tab try lowering the HC to 35mg. Basically Florinef helps oyur body retain sodium, without it your body loses sodium constantly. You sweat too much, you urinate too much and all the time losing salt with it.
