Guest guest
nothing wrong with being a baby and wanting someone to hold your hand...when I walked into surgery with my surgeon (both times - for the lumpectomy and then the port), I held his hand, and held his hand while waiting for the anesthesia to take effect...I was holding his hand and crying... nothing weak about tears... good luck to you... peace marisa > > ok iam having the double macectomy tomm. they have also found spots on > the liver, but surgen says one thing at a time. iam ready, i think, > i wish i had some one to hold my hand, iam guess iam being a baby. > i know yall will be with me in spirit, > thank you > debb >

Guest guest
*Debb,* ** *Please don't call yourself a baby for wanting someone there to hold your hand. Wish I could be there to help you through this. Please hang on to the hand of a nurse - they are very good at that. Wishing you as easy a time as I had with my bilateral. Guest guest
Debb, Best wishes tomorrow. We will be with you in spirit. Hold your surgeon's hand, or a nurse's until you go to sleep and know that we wish we could be there. Will be waiting to hear from you when you feel up to it. Guest guest
Debb, Forgot to ask what time your surgery will be tomorrow. Would like to know so I can be with you in my mind around that time. One day at a time honey. We will all make it through this journey. We are all with you. Guest guest
Debb, I don't know about anyone else, but I say you have the right to be a baby right now. Nothing wrong with wanting someone to hold your hand and if I could I would. I am scheduled for surgery next week and I know I will be feeling the same way you are when my time comes.
