Guest guest
I would start with 5MG DHEA daily, and see how that goes, you could also benefit from Phosphatidyl Serine which lowers high cortisl by opening the receptors and allowing it to work more efficiently for you. Ashwaganda is another herbal that may be helpful as well as Vitamin D which it appears you need. Unrefined sea salt taken at 1/4 to 1/2 tsp twice a day also helps support the adrenals and may help rpevent the inevitable drop in cortils that happensin stage 4, so you really need to work to support them now. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
