Guest guest
I do not know what the long term effects could be on a child you had after having Cushings symotoms, but unless oyu actually had this 3while carrying her I would assume ist is a genetic tendency you both carry. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
Val, What can be done about the high cortisol? We're going to go see an endocrinologist in the morning to help us with the results. This is somebody her doctor is referring us to, so I don't know anything about her. My daughter actually doesn't have any " signs " that would make you think of Cushings. Her weight is perfect, her skin is fine, and she doesn't have excessive hair. I'm having an awfully hard time finding adequate perspectives on high salivary cortisol tests so that I can see these figures in perspective. Guest guest
I would get her started with Phosphatidyl Serine, but as long as she has no sympotms of high cortisol I woud say her body is producting what she needs. The PS should help her utilize it better and if she tests high in blood testing an ACTH serum would be in order. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
