For work, Very SICK, I sent some Pre(L)ISONE TO HIM, I told him to take 2 right away, then one at noon, and one at 5 pm, Or, Should he double all doses? Now, how many days should he use the pred? I am sending reg H/C IN the morning. That brings up another Question, How do we switch back to regular H/C? Break Down Questions Double Pred all 3 doses? Use Pred how many days? I'm not claiming to be knowledgeable about this but I didn't feel right not saying anything. Maybe you are already aware of this even. But just in case... I was told in the early days of my HC dosing that prednisolone is " the big guns " and if I could use HC it was better than going straight to prednisolone. It'a also a timed releasse (I think) and more constant throughout the day.
