Hi , it seems like I'm doing nothing but watch what I eat. I've

been gluten free for a few months now and did ALCAT food sensitivity

testing and found out that I shouldn't be eating almost anything else

that I have ever eaten. I'm supposed to be staying away from caseins

and goitrogens too. I'm eating a lot of egg whites, rice protein,

hemp protein, turkey, coconut oil, quinoa, fruit and vegetables, and

trying to eat more fish despite a life-time distaste for it. I

literally hate eating now and it shows b/c I've lost 18 pounds without

wanting or trying to. I know that weight loss is a major issue for

many here and I don't mean to minimize it, but I've lost twice as much

weight as I needed to and I don't know how to stop it because despite

hating to eat now, I'm making myself do it 5-6 times/day and I'm

eating more balanced than I ever have in my life. Almonds were one of

those high protein foods that aren't goitrogens, aren't on my

" sensitive " list and don't upset my stomach when I eat them but I

guess that I need to look at pumpkin seeds instead which I will next

visit to the health food store.

With re: to foods yesterday, I let myself have a decaf latte for the

first time in weeks (used to be one of the things that I enjoyed) and

chose what I thought was the lesser of two evils - goitrogen instead

of casein - soy milk instead of cow. That might have done it for me I

I guess. Other than that I ate pretty much as I have to.
